Wow! I can’t believe July is almost over! The summer is flying by, and I’m not sure how I feel about it.
This month, my family and I enjoyed a few days at Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. I highly recommend both. I was truly in awe of God’s creation, standing small in the shadows of vast and beautiful red cliffs. If you get the chance, you should go!

Do you miss 2000’s era romcom movies? I know I do! If you’re a reader, I may have found a nice alternative for you.
I write YA fantasy, but I like to read many different genres, including contemporary romance. Did you know there are writers out there marketing their books as romcoms? I’m pretty picky about the content in a romance novel, so I was super excited to find there is even a sub-genre called closed-door romcom (or, in other words: clean romcom)!
Most of these authors are either self-published or work with small publishing companies. These books are NOT what the big publishers are looking for right now. Read more…
